Terms of Service

EncoreIQ is an AI-powered repeat guest platform. It imports a property listing you own or manage, generates a direct guest experience, answers guest questions, collects booking requests and reports on direct demand. EncoreIQ is not a property management system, not a booking engine of record, and not a payment processor.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for the host or company that created them; do not share access with parties who are not authorised to manage the properties in your workspace.

You keep ownership of everything you import or create: property details, photos, descriptions and guest records. You confirm that you have the right to use the listing you submit and the imagery it contains, and that publishing it through EncoreIQ does not breach any agreement you have with a distribution channel or third party. You grant EncoreIQ a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service.

Descriptions, guides, FAQs and concierge answers are generated by AI models from the source material you provide. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing published content and correcting anything that misrepresents your property, pricing, availability, accessibility or rules. EncoreIQ does not warrant that generated content is accurate or legally compliant in your jurisdiction.

You are the controller of the guest records collected through your guest sites. You agree to handle them lawfully, to send marketing only where you have a lawful basis or consent, to honour unsubscribe requests promptly, and to comply with the privacy and marketing rules that apply where you and your guests are located.

Booking requests submitted through your guest site are inquiries, not confirmed reservations. You are solely responsible for confirming availability, agreeing rates, collecting payment, issuing contracts and honouring the stay. EncoreIQ is not a party to any agreement between you and a guest.

• Do not import listings you do not own or manage.
• Do not publish unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access another workspace's data or bypass platform security.
• Do not scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service or its AI endpoints.
• Do not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk email.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, change or remove features, and may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts access. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes to these terms or to functionality you rely on.

You may stop using EncoreIQ and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates legal risk, or is used in a way that harms guests or other hosts. On termination, published guest sites are taken offline.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EncoreIQ is not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, lost data or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
